MGS Interior successfully executed the turnkey interior fit-out for Hay Restaurant, delivering a highly technical commercial build centered on intricate custom metalwork and specialized joinery. The project required rigorous coordination of MEP services with architectural finishes, particularly around the venue's central feature bar. Our engineering teams focused on structural stability and material durability, ensuring all bespoke installations could withstand the rigorous demands of a high-traffic hospitality environment without compromising the intended layout.
The execution demanded precise fabrication of large-scale, CNC-cut brass-finished jalis and arched structural room dividers that anchor the primary dining zones. Furthermore, the integration of extensive custom lighting rigs—from suspended globe pendants to under-counter LED systems—required meticulous electrical routing and load-bearing ceiling modifications.
