Executing Mainland China in Pune demonstrates our capability to deliver refined, high-capacity fine-dining environments while solving complex architectural constraints, such as maximizing volume in low-ceiling commercial footprints.
A primary engineering focus was the ceiling plane, where we integrated flush linear HVAC diffusers and recessed lighting to keep the space open and clean, while engineering specific structural mounts for oversized, gold-leafed dragon pendants. We fabricated intricate, laser-cut metallic screens to elegantly zone the dining floor, alongside illuminated arched display joinery for premium bottle storage. The perimeter walls were modified to include deep architectural alcoves, securely housing large-format traditional artwork. The venue was finished with durable polished flooring and robust, custom-carved dark wood seating engineered for extreme daily use.
