Asia Kitchen

Executing the Asia Kitchen by Mainland China project required a comprehensive turnkey approach, blending robust civil engineering with highly customized architectural joinery. The contracting team navigated the demands of a high-traffic hospitality environment by fabricating heavy-duty commercial seating—featuring distinct light-wood slat-back designs and resilient red upholstery—and engineering low-profile slatted partitions with stainless steel and glass railings for structural zoning.

A significant component of the scope involved the precise rigging of specialty lighting. Large, custom dual-tone dome pendants were structurally suspended across the ceiling grid, requiring exact alignment over the long, shared dining banquettes. The integration of architectural wall panels showcasing raised typographic elements, alongside a fully functional live kitchen build-out, highlights MGS Interior's capacity to deliver complex, brand-specific fit-outs with unyielding durability.
